Zumba Master Class with David Velez

I guess I deem myself a Zumba junkie. :D I attend every opportunity there is when it comes to Zumba. Just a month ago, David Velez, a master instructor came here in the Philippines to conduct training and classes in cooperation with Brewing Point Dance Studio.

The night before the master class, Kristie invited us for dinner along with David and his girlfriend, and a couple who came to Manila just to have themselves certified. They were all nice and easy to converse with.

Japanese food is love. Thanks Kristie for the treat!

I loved the master class. It's a non-stop 90-minute workout of dancing. I feel like one hour of Zumba is not enough anymore. Since I have been doing it for 6 months now, my stamina has increased double.

I assume I have lost a number of calories. Thank you Madelle Paltu-ob of Brewing Point Dance Studio for organizing such event.

That's me enjoying dancing :)
With the Enriquez family.

By the way, Karl prepared the super yummy food for us participants! Thanks darling!

Shanghai Trip

I was really glad when Tita Florian (Enriquez) asked me if I wanted to join them to Shanghai. I gladly and willingly said yes. I booked my ticket as soon as I got their flight details. We left all together via Philippine Airlines. I was really excited for it's my first trip/travel overseas with Karl's family.

As we got out of the airport and head to where our coaster's parked, cool breeze approached us which got us really excited.

We got to our hotel at around 7-8pm. The weather got more chilly as the night came. We love it! As expected, after we settled in our rooms, dinner followed. Our hotel is situated in the mall areas where several restaurants are clustered. So we went to this mall just across our hotel.

I am not a very picky eater, I eat anything. I  am not afraid to try whether its weird looking or not (as long as it's not cockroach or anything like that).

Our Shanghai trip was packed with tours. First stop, the Pearl Tower.

We went all the way up to the top-most floor. I have been to some towers before, like the Tokyo tower and it always gives me the tingly feeling on my feet. Heights make me nervous but I recover when I get the hang of it.

Even Maia and Bella made it.

The next day, we went to The Bund, a small water village in Shanghai. There's something about old architecture that attracts me. I find it really beautiful. There are alleys of small stores of souvenirs and trinkets.

We also went to see the museum.

We also visited this historical garden called Yu Yuan.

Our Shanghai trip's also packed with so much eating. We never failed to take every  meal, we overfed in other words. ahaha

We tried the stinky tofu. It has a strong flavor. It's a so so for me.

And to top it all, this trip will never be as fun without these two cute tots!!!

New sports bar in Pampanga

I was invited to go to Axces Sports Bar and KTV in San Fernando, Pampanga. It's a bar where you can do wide variety of things. Though the weather wasn't good, that didn't stop us from trying out the new hip place in town.

This place is not just for the young people but for the whole family as well. Axces bar has a wide array of activities where each and every member of the family can enjoy. If you are sports fanatics, you can watch your favorite sports with the number of flat screens mounted on the wall of every section of the place.

If you love to sing and can perform in front of an audience, you are free to jam with their guest bands.

But if you are the shy type one but would still like to sing your heart out, you need not worry because Axces bar has 2 private karaoke rooms.

And lastly,  the one thing that everyone can enjoy regardless, is their food selection. It is not just a menu of food but a very palatable one and even the finicky will enjoy.

Come and visit Axces Sports bar and KTV!

Well rested

It's been a long time since I last blogged. I've been a little busy with work and with my fiance who got back from Abu Dhabi for good. But now, I think I am well rested and ready to roll again. Anyhow, there are so many things I want to share, places, events, and new things happening to me lately. The past few months had been so fun and exciting. I can't wait to spill the beans.
